At HMG Marble, we take pride in delivering premium quality natural stones. Due to the unique nature of marble and stone products, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. Nature of Product

Marble, granite, and other natural stones vary in color, texture, veining, and pattern. These variations are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

2. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the material has been:

  • Cut, processed, or customized
  • Delivered and accepted by the customer
  • Installed or used at site

3. Damaged or Defective Material

In case of damage or verified defects:

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Supporting photos/videos must be provided as proof
  • Our team will review and decide on replacement or partial refund

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before processing or dispatch. Once the material is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Order cancellation approved before processing
  • Material unavailable after confirmed order
  • Verified defect approved by our team

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Transportation & Handling

We are not responsible for damages caused during third-party transportation if logistics are arranged by the customer. For company-arranged delivery, claims must be reported immediately at the time of unloading.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect material carefully before installation
  • Verify quantity and quality at delivery
  • Ensure proper handling and storage at site
